Queen Creek Market Update

Queen Creek Resale has been busy this month.  Historically in January we close about 100 homes through out the month and there are usually a few that have been left pending to close to for February.  This January we've closed 142 homes and there are 200 pending to close for February. Yes, 200!

I'm sure you've hear in the media about the housing "crunch", but here, in Queen Creek the homes are priced so well people actually want to buy here!  There are many vacant homes, bank owned homes & short sales.  I just listed a beautiful new home in Skyline Ranch.  It has never been lived in and is priced about as much as if you were to build a new house.  So why wait?  This one is ready, contact me today! Let's Talk Numbers, Queen Creek AZ

I've been checking historical stats for the month of January.  Mainly because we were in the recent bubble and boy, did it burst.  Many of my friends and neighbors are upside down in their homes.  Buying at the peak and are riddled with buyers remorse.   They come to me, "did you see that spec home with granite countertops?  It's only $156k.  I owe $220k on my home right now.  What can you do for me?"  Oooh, I don't want to answer that.

Anyway, I came here to talk numbers.  It's been interesting to see what the numbers show.   Population growth being the most prominent.

With a possible 268 sales for Jan 2008 (the month isn't even over yet), and the prices retro'd to 2002, it has created another buying boost. Any speculation how long this will coninue or other forecast?
